Yes. Free white-glove delivery on orders over $999 — we unbox, position, and level the gear in your room. Smaller orders ship insured via UPS or FedEx, signature required.
Order any system, set it up at home, listen on your music for 30 days. If it doesn't fit the room or your ears, we collect it free and refund in full. No restocking fee, no questions.
On most amplifiers, DACs, speakers, headphones and turntables — yes. Send us photos and serial numbers via the contact form and we'll quote within one business day.
On systems over $5,000, room calibration with REW measurement and acoustic-treatment recommendations is included. Standalone calibration visits are billed at $250 within 50 miles.
