The fine print.

Every product carries the full manufacturer warranty — registered to you at the time of shipment. We are an authorized dealer for every brand on the floor; if a unit fails, we file the claim on your behalf. Out of warranty, our service partners can quote a repair within five working days.
Order any system over $999. We deliver and set it up in your room (white glove, included). Live with it for 30 days. If it doesn't fit, we collect it free and refund in full — no restocking fee.
Yes. On systems over $5,000 we include an REW measurement pass and a written acoustics report — first-reflection points, bass nodes, recommended absorption. Standalone calibration visits are billed at $250 within 50 miles.
All gear is returnable for 30 days from delivery in original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories. We pay return shipping on items over $999. Refunds land within five business days of receipt and inspection.
Speakers and turntables ship in factory boxes inside a second insurance carton, fully insured, signature required. Free white-glove delivery (uncrate, place, level) on orders over $999 within the continental US.
Occasionally. Demo units and ex-display gear go to the B-stock category with full warranty, a documented bench report, and 15–25% off retail. Subscribe to Field Notes for first dibs.
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank wire for orders over $5,000. Financing through Affirm available at checkout — 3, 6, and 12-month plans, no soft hit on your credit to apply.
